Click4Booking provides travel planning, group tours, customized holiday packages, flight and train ticketing, hotel reservations, and visa assistance.
All bookings made through our website, by phone, or email are subject to these terms.
2. Booking & Payments
Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and government taxes.
Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.
In case of technical errors or incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the booking with notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or package provider.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable cancellation fees.
No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services.
4. Travel Documents & Visa
Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
Our team may assist with visa processing, but the final approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
5. Responsibilities
Click4Booking acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss, or damages caused by third parties, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
6. Modifications & Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify itineraries in case of unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, weather, or safety issues.
Equivalent services will be provided wherever possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
